Provided assistance to Teen Challenge Women’s Center located on Sumas Mountain, to permit the expansion their existing facility to accommodate 20 new beds for students. ACE staff provided engineering services to locate a new area with suitable subsurface conditions to support a subsurface disposal field for a design flow of 4,500 Lpd, developed construction drawings for tender, and provided field review services to ensure compliance to design specifications.
